Crossroads Ladies Bible Studies
What an exciting time in history to be a woman of God! Each of us has been uniquely gifted by God and has a special place in the body of Christ. Our mission at Crossroads is to provide opportunities for personal spiritual growth, to build and strengthen relationships within the body, and to reach out to the community with the message of Christ's love.

We offer relevant Bible studies for women in every season of life. The studies are typically available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. Our semesters coincide with the CISD calendar and are divided into two distinct sessions. Our Spring Session runs from January through April; with varying summer activities, and the Fall Session from September through November. Join us for either one or both!

This is a great time of growing in God's word while making new friends and strengthening relationships with old ones. We encourage you to invite a friend or relative who just might need a little girl time! Whether you are simply exploring what it means to be a believer, beginning your faith journey, or have walked with the Lord for a while, there is a place for YOU!

Starts: February 5th  (7 weeks)
No Cost
Author: Beth Moore
Teacher: Elsa Dotson/Toby Corn

Wising Up is a woman’s study on the book of Proverbs.  This book is packed with God's wisdom and the short verses are easy to understand and apply to your life.  Solomon’s Proverbs showed the Israelites the right way to live, God's way. As they put this wisdom to use, they demonstrated qualities of Jesus Christ toward each other as well as setting an example for the Gentiles around them.  It’s said that many of the eternal truths in the Bible have to be carefully mined—like gold, deep underground. But Proverbs, however, is like a mountain stream littered with nuggets, just waiting to be picked up!

There is NO book to buy and NO homework.  This is a 7-week series of  DVD messages by Beth Moore with a listening guide provided for notes.  Topics include: A Call to Wise Up, The Heart of Wisdom, A Wise Friend, Learning Wisdom From a Fool, Wisdom with Words, The Wisdom of Restraint, Wisdom To Go Your Way in Safety.
