Chris Willingham
Student Pastor
Chris is a native Texan with a passion for youth and their families. He came on staff at Crossroads in July of 2009. Chris has also served as the youth pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church of the Woodlands and Community Baptist Church in the Woodlands. Chris received his BSE from East Texas Baptist University in 1995 and used his love of teaching to minister to youth while working in the public schools. He is currently attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary working towards a Master's of Christian Education. When not working with teens and their families, Chris loves to hang out with his family. He has been married to Marie for 15 years and has 2 boys, Ryan and Josh. He also loves all things "history" and is a self proclaimed "tech junkie". Chris' dream for the students of Crossroads is that they would become fully developed disciples of Christ with a passion for the lost and love for other believers. In the spirit of Romans 12:2 , his prayer is that students would no longer conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of their minds. Then they will be able to test and approve God's good, pleasing and perfect will.

Tammy Ford
Girls Ministry Associate
Tammy is loving life and feels blessed beyond belief. Working with the girls at CRBC since November of 2009 has been a dream come true. Each day is a new opportunity to touch someone’s life and she does not take for granted the awesome responsibility and privilege of having the chance to lead as a servant leader. Her tender love and care for each girl has a direct correlation from a combination of her two favorite verses. I Corinthians 5:10, “Each builder must choose with care how to build” and Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understand but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” Educational foundations have been laid through her undergrad from Houston Baptist University and her grad work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary but the education afforded to her from her own children (Kimberly, Christian and Sarah) has proved invaluable. This wisdom would not have been possible without her beloved husband and best friend, Roger, of twenty-two years. Tammy loves tennis, Sudoku and time spent together with students. Her passion is to serve our Lord and Savior through our incredible ministry here at CRBC. Tammy always closes her communication with Grace2U simply because she hopes to remind all that everything is for His name and His fame and nothing is as important as realizing that all blessings are from God’s riches at Christ’s expense.

June Green
Admin. Asst. - Student Ministry
June Green is from the land of 10,000 lakes, Minnesota. In 1993 she and her family moved to The Woodlands, Texas. Since residing here, June has shared the gospel and the love of Jesus Christ through teaching and leading bible studies, at church and in the workplace. And with her past experience in working with youth in the mission field and fellowships, she felt God tugging at her heart to be in ministry. In Psalms 37:3-4, it says, "Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart." When June visited CRBC to worship, she found out about the position in youth ministry, she inquired, and is now very thankful to be working in administration, and serving the youth. She feels God has a plan and purpose for each and every one of us. June and her husband, Jeff, are very excited to be part of the Crossroads family, where they can worship their Savior and fellowship with other believers. She has two treasures that God has blessed them with - Jessica and Janelle.
