Areas of missions and evangelistic involvement in which Crossroads Baptist desires to grow under the leadership and power of the Holy Spirit:

• Prepare—Church staff partnering with the Missions and Evangelism Council (MEC) to develop strategies and plans to take the gospel to our community, state, continent and world.

• Educate—bringing mission and evangelism awareness and interaction to the entire church body, training members for service as well as connecting them to missionaries and mission needs.

• Pray—asking God for kingdom perspective and worldwide vision, interceding for Christian workers and unevangelized peoples.

• Give—seeking to increase the financial support for both the Crossroads’ Missions and Evangelism efforts as well as the Southern Baptist Convention’s and International Missions Board collective work.

• Go—enabling a growing number of the Crossroads family to directly participate in missions and evangelism (short term or longer term) opportunities to minister and spread the gospel beyond our church’s four walls.

• Tell—encourage and equip an increasing number of members in intentional, culturally-relevant evangelism.

• Send—providing members (especially children and students) with opportunities to hear and respond to God’s call to vocational mission service.

• Multiply—participating in church planting and facilitating church planting movements. Adopt an unreached people group.
