Get Connected At Crossroads

Crossroads is a church filled with people connecting with people and studying God’s Word together. Whether you are just beginning to explore the Bible or have been a Christ-follower for many years, we have a place for you to experience community. To grow spiritually, you have to be connected relationally. Being connected in church is about more than merely attending Sunday services.

If you share that passion, you can fully connect in the life of Crossroads!

Chris Willingham, Student Ministry Pastor (email

Chris is a native Texan with a passion for youth and their families. He came on staff at Crossroads in July of 2009. Chris has also served as the youth pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church of the Woodlands and Community Baptist Church in the Woodlands. Chris received his BSE from East Texas Baptist University in 1995 and used his love of teaching to minister to youth while working in the public schools. He is currently attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary working towards a Master's of Christian Education.

When not working with teens and their families, Chris loves to hang out with his family. He has been married to Marie for 15 years and has 2 boys, Ryan and Josh. He also loves all things "history" and is a self proclaimed "tech junkie". Chris' dream for the students of Crossroads is that they would become fully developed disciples of Christ with a passion for the lost and love for other believers. In the spirit of Romans 12:2 , his prayer is that students would no longer conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of their minds. Then they will be able to test and approve God's good, pleasing and perfect will.

Justin Dancer, Missional Living Pastor (email)

God led Justin to be a part of the Crossroads family in August of 2014. He is married to Jennifer and they are blessed with 3 amazing children: Josiah, Paul, and Leah. Justin has a heart for church planting and for the unreached in The Woodlands and beyond to experience the life that only Christ can offer. Originally from Livingston, TX, he planted a great church in Rapid City, South Dakota, called Hills of Grace Fellowship. Justin received his formal education from East Texas Baptist University on the bachelor’s level, and Truett Baptist Theological Seminary and Dallas Baptist University on the graduate level. But his greater education has been from many years of ministry, loving and being loved by some incredible people that God has put in his path.

Justin has been brought to Crossroads to continue the amazing missions mindset that our church has been blessed with, train up pastors/church planters through our Pastor-In-Residence program and lead our church to partner with them to be effective for Christ, and help our family reach beyond the Crossroads walls into The Woodlands community.

The Rocha’s believe it has been by the grace of God and for the purpose of His Kingdom that they have the opportunity to serve and partner with the family of Crossroads Baptist Church.
