CrossConnect is Crossroads' online member portal. Members are able to:
- view church directories,
- view their class rosters,
- email class members,
- update their information and photos in the church database,
- view ministry opportunities and enter SHAPE profile,
- view church calendars,
- view giving records for your record, and
- connect to ministry through serving options where one can learn more about volunteering opportunities.
This online member portal is not available to the general public. Church members must register for a login to access CrossConnect.

Q. What do I do if my pop-up blocker prevents the directory PDF file from loading? A. Configure your browser to allow pop-ups on this site. Also, PC users can press and hold the "ctrl" button while clicking on the "preview" button. Keep holding "ctrl" down until the pop-up window appears.
Q. Can I upload a new family picture? A. Yes. Enter CrossConnect, look under "My Member Profile" and select "I want to change...My Profile Information." In the "Change Request" section, click on "Family" at the top, right of the screen. On the next screen, click "Family Picture." Use the "browse" button to locate the picture on your hard drive and click "save". The new picture will not appear until it has been accepted and approved by the church.
Q. How can I remove my personal contact information from the directory? A. Your personal contact information is only available to Crossroads church members who have registered to access CrossConnect. It is not available to the general public. If you do not want your information to be included, enter CrossConnect and go to the "My Profile" page. On the side menu, click on "My Personal Preferences" and select your desired options.
